At Jeweller’s Mark, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, Please contact us via sales@jewellersmark.com.au stating your name, order number, and the reasons for returning.

Change of Mind Returns

Because each piece is custom-made to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including if you’ve chosen the wrong size, style, or item. We encourage you to take the time to carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

Exchanges

We may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or credit note depending on the individual circumstances and condition of the returned item. Any requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item and must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. Customised, engraved, or resized pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, repair or replace the item at no additional cost. All claims must be supported by clear images and your order details.

Returning Your Order to Us

After contacting us regarding the request to return, exchange or refund a product. Please ensure the below process is followed:

  • Use original or similar-sized packaging and label the parcel to our returns address.
  • Include all the accompanying certification and paperwork that the order was received with. Failing to provide this may hold the refund or result in a deduction from the total refund amount.
  • Ensure the courier insures the item for the full order value and is a reputable and guaranteed postal service.
